1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging ARKESH Technology Pvt. Ltd. for software development, IT consulting, academic guidance, training, or global admission advisory, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Statement of Work & Project Delivery

All software engineering deliverables, timelines, milestones, and payment schedules are governed by mutual Statements of Work (SOW) executed between ARKESH Technology and the Client. Code repositories and deployment credentials are fully transferred upon milestone completion.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless expressly agreed in writing, client custom software, database schemas, and proprietary business logic remain the sole intellectual property of the Client upon settlement of contracted invoices.

4. Governing Jurisdiction

These terms are governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
