1. Custom Software & IT Projects

Milestone payments for custom development are non-refundable once milestone deliverables have been inspected and signed off by the client as specified in the agreed project Statement of Work (SOW).

2. Training & Internship Fees

Students and professionals who request program cancellation within 7 calendar days prior to batch commencement are eligible for a 100% refund (less 5% administrative payment processing fee). No refunds are issued after cohort orientation or LMS credential issuance.

3. Refund Processing Timelines

Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method (NEFT, UPI, Credit Card) within 5 to 7 business working days.
